RURAL DELIVERIES IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ! We have many customers with RD addresses and we are glad to be able to provide our products to people away from the cities. Unfortunately every time we deliver to a rural address our courier charges us an extra $4 which we need to pass on to you as this small sum quickly adds up to a big one. If you are buying and have an RD address we need to ask you to do one of two things: 1. The free option - supply a non RD address where we can deliver your goods for you to pick up. 2. Direct credit $4 to our account 38-9010-0242557-00 and note on your purchase that you have done so. Thanks for your co-operation Wendyl

 Online shopping can be confusing so please read this step-by-step guide before you start or refer to it if you need help:

1) On the Shop Now page find the item you want to buy and then either click More Information to find out more about the product or if you just want to buy press the Buy Now! button.

2) This will take you to a screen like the one below where you can simply press Add to add it to your shopping cart and then continue shopping. Please note that we take Mastercard and Visa and all our credit card payments are put through Paypal which is a very safe and secure credit card processing company, a bit like a bank - see their credentials at the bottom of this page. This is to ensure your safety and is a separate site to ours. You will need to provide them with your email and a phone number when you are directed there, but they are only stored by us and used if we need to contact you regarding any problems with the order. We never get your credit card details because Paypal processed them then deposits the money into our Paypal account. 

3) Once you click Checkout it will take you to a screen where you can sign up as a New Customer or if you are returning you can sign in with your email and password. While you are there you can click on Shipping Information to check our courier charges which will be added to your order before you pay.  Click on New Customer and you will find a screen which asks you for your name, address, shipping address, email and phone number. These are kept in our secure database and we only use them to contact you about an order if there is a problem or delay expected. I strongly advise you check the box which offers to remember your information so that when you return to the site you just have to enter your username and password. By the way if you forget your password when you return, you can click Forgot Password and we will email it to you.

4) Once you have entered your details you will be taken to a screen which has a coupon code box like the one below. You do not need to enter a code, just ignore it and move on. Occasionally I will do special offers for my newsletter subscribers and give them a code. If you have been given one then enter it here and press Enter Coupon Code to adjust your order.

 Please check the order summary liked the one below carefully and if any details are incorrect use the edit buttons to change them. To pay with your credit card press the Paypal button at the bottom of the screen. You will be taken to Paypal's site and this may take a few moments.  

5) Once you are at Paypal it is very important that you press the bottom button (see below) which says Pay with a debit or credit card UNLESS you are a Paypal account holder, which not many people are. This will take you to a screen where you can fill in your credit card details and it will also ask you for a phone number. Again, this is only for our records and is held only buy us to use if there is a problem or a delay with your order. 

6) Once you press the Submit button you will have a chance to review your details before pressing Pay Now. If you spot any mistakes simply use the back button on your computer to go to the previous page to correct them. Once you have pressed Pay Now you will be taken to a confirmation window and can click on a button to take you back to our website.   Paypal will email you a receipt for your purchase. Please print this out or put it in a safe folder in case you need it later.
